my brother is 30...

pure craziness! loved my unrealistic weekend of parties and special events. my mother was set up for watching my niece and my mother-in-law had our boys. we enjoyed my brother's 30th friday night. shane played music and it was awesome! loved the venue and the sweet people. felt a little old with all of my brothers high school friends who i used to think were a bunch of sweaty boys when we were growing up. they have all gotten to be such men with families and careers! we laughed so hard my abs were hurting...is it fair to say i still even have abs after 3 kids? kidding, yoga is helping :) saturday night was special. we left early and were back to get the boys early. shane had played a private party a while back and he had offered to do it for nothing, yet he got paid in a heafty gift card to mahogony's. if you live in the area and have never had the pleasure, you should treat yourself sometime. we had been before, and it was the perfect opportunity to dress up and enjoy. then it was off to 30th b-day #2. a surprise party at the Vintage 1740 wine bar. very sweet and our friend's wife pulled it off with ease!! so fun! we don't get out much, but when we did this weekend...we did it right!!!
